Store Terms and Conditions

By placing an order on our website, by email or WhatsApp message, you are accepting the terms and conditions as stated on this website. 

Placing an order

We require a minimum of 4 days notice for all orders, but prefer longer as all of our ingredients are purchased to order. Orders placed with less than 4 days notice may be subject to cancellation and will be refunded if we are unable to supply the order within the timeframe given.

Lead times

By placing an order with us, it is assumed that you are aware and have informed us of any allergies that any of your party have. PLEASE NOTE that nuts and all other allergens are handled in our kitchen. We cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from any traces of the following allergens: celery, cereals containing gluten (including wheat, rye, barley and oats), crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, tree nuts including almonds, Brazil nuts, cashews, hazelnuts, macadamia, pecans, pistachios and walnuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites. 


All packaging including platters, trays and lids remain our property and must be returned once you have finished with them. You will be responsible for paying the cost price of any packaging that is lost or damaged. Cardboard packaging is excluded and should be disposed of.


Once collected or delivered, all fresh produce should be refridgerated as soon as possible. Our boxes, platter and all fresh products will last up to 24 hours in the fridge. Once food is removed from the fridge, we recommend that all food is consumed within 4 hours. Any fresh food remaining after 4 hours should be disposed of.

Shelf Life

As all of our products are bespoke and made to order, we cannot offer refunds on any orders. We can change items and/or amend delivery dates and times providing seven days notice is given.
