FAQs

You can place an order with us 24 hours a day via our website. Once we've received your order, we will contact you to confirm the collection date and time (or local delivery for large orders). If you have any questions or would like to know more about our products, please get in touch.

Placing an order

We require a minimum of 4 days notice for all orders, but prefer longer as all of our ingredients are purchased to order. If your event is less than 4 days away, please get in touch before ordering and we'll see what we can do.

How much notice do you need?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, or if you'd prefer to pay by cash or bank transfer, choose 'Manual payment' at the checkout and we'll contact you with payment instructions. Your order is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer free, local delivery on orders over £150 to postcodes: DA15 DA14 DA5 DA6 DA16 DA7 SE9 BR5 BR7 BR8. All other orders can be collected by appointment from The Oval, Sidcup DA15 9ER - Please ensure you have space in your fridge for when your order arrives.

Do you deliver?

If any member of your party has allergies or special dietary requirements, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can you cater for special dietary requirements?

PLEASE NOTE that nuts and all other allergens are handled in our kitchen. We cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from any traces of the following allergens: celery, cereals containing gluten (including wheat, rye, barley and oats), crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, tree nuts including almonds, Brazil nuts, cashews, hazelnuts, macadamia, pecans, pistachios and walnuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites. 

Allergens - important!

Our boxes, platter and all fresh products will last up to 24 hours in the fridge. Once food is removed from the fridge, we recommend that it is all consumed within 4 hours. Any fresh food remaining after 4 hours should be disposed of.

How long will my food last?

As all of our products are bespoke and made to order, we cannot offer refunds on any orders. We can amend delivery dates and times providing enough notice is given.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes we have comprehensive business, employer and public liabilty insurance. We also have Food hygeine qualifications, personal and premises alcohol licences and a five star food hygeine rating.

Are you insured?
